4. Accountability for Content:
   I undertake that all content published on Ashtamudy Live News is verified for accuracy, fairness, and balance, ensuring that it does not violate any provisions of the Intermediate Digital Media Ethics Code or any other applicable laws of India.
5. Indemnity and Responsibility:
   I acknowledge that as the authorized representative of Ashtamudy Live News, I am fully responsible for ensuring that the platform adheres to the Digital Media Ethics Code. I undertake to indemnify any authority, platform, or stakeholder from any legal or financial consequences arising from violations of the Code.
6. Compliance with Supreme Court and Government Guidelines:
   I further confirm that the contents of this self-declaration certificate are true, and I am fully compliant with the directions passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and the Government of India concerning digital media ethics and guidelines.

I understand that failure to comply with these regulations or providing false information in this self-declaration may result in legal action, including but not limited to the suspension or removal of content or termination of the platform's operational privileges.
