   I affirm that all advertisements published or broadcasted on Ashtamudy Live News platform (including print, electronic, internet, or digital media) comply with all relevant advertising regulations, including but not limited to the guidelines stipulated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the Order dated 07.05.2024 in WPC No. 645/2022-IMA & Anr. Vs. UOI & Ors.
2. No Misleading Claims:
   I confirm that none of the advertisements published through Ashtamudy Live News contain any misleading claims, statements, or representations. All claims made in the advertisements are true, substantiated, and supported by factual evidence.
3. Compliance with Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994:
   I further declare that all advertisements published through Ashtamudy Live News adhere to the provisions outlined in Rule 7 of the Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994, and all other applicable regulations under the law.
4. Verification of Contents:
   I undertake that all the content, visuals, and statements used in the advertisements have been verified to ensure that they do not contravene any laws, including laws relating to defamation, obscenity, or any other offense under Indian law.
5. Indemnity and Responsibility:
   I acknowledge that as the advertiser/advertising agency, I am fully responsible for the content of the advertisements and undertake to indemnify any authority or platform, including Ashtamudy Live News, against any legal or financial consequences arising from the publication or broadcast of these advertisements.
6. Compliance with Supreme Court Order:
   I confirm that the contents of this self-declaration certificate are true and that I am fully compliant with the directions passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, as outlined in the aforementioned Order dated 07.05.2024.

I understand that failure to comply with these regulations or providing false information in this self-declaration may result in legal action being taken, including but not limited to suspension or removal of the advertisement(s) from the Ashtamudy Live News platform.
